Implementation of knowledge strategy
The aim of having a knowledge strategy is for the company to have at its disposal the right strategic knowledge and competence areas at all times.
The company can – supported by Brainii’s websolutions BrainiiMap? and BrainFuture? – implement a process, the outcome of which is a list of its current and future strategic knowledge and competences, stated in The Intangible Currency™.
Thereafter, the gap between the existing and the desired situation is assessed, and both a long-term and a short-term plan are prepared with a view to knowledge building.
The strategy is put into operation at the individual workstations using a variety of tools, e.g. ‘The personal knowledge planner’, which forms part of the employee appraisal interview process.
